This was my first visit. I was greeted at the door and treated like a valued customer. Options for saving money on services and getting discounts were presented. I chose to wait and in just a little over an hour my car was done and I was ready to leave. I was more than pleased with the interactions I had with store employees and with the price. I will definitely be using them for any type of work that they do and that I may need in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a tire repair at Cobb Tire and Auto Repair. It was an emergency situation, and I had a nail in my right, rear tire with the pressure down to 20 PSI. When I entered the show room, Mike Dowling immediately greeted me, and I explained my dilemma and if it was possible to work me in for a tire patch as soon as possible. I did not have an appointment, but Mr. Dowling had my car backed in and work began immediately to patch the tire. Mr. Dowling explained in detail everything that would be done, and I was back on the road within 30 minutes. All of my tires were checked for appropriate pressure including the spare. The atmosphere in the show room was friendly, polite and professional. I can honestly say that I have never before been treated with as much respect in any situation when making a purchase. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of my experience, and I will definitely give all of my tire business to this great establishment. I recommend Cobb Tire and Auto Repair very highly and with no reservations.

Great service, and quick too; their feedback was very helpful. A little pricey, but their work is excellent. Also friendly and hospitable. They ran a 54 point inspection, and then they gave me a list of issues from the inspection. It was very easy to distinguish urgent issues versus moderate/minor issues that didn’t require immediate attention. From there I was able to choose what needed fixing right away. As I was picking up my car before closing time, I remembered I had to get some lug nuts for a couple of tires, and they took the time to replace them. Very helpful.

I noticed meows coming from my car at the near by Walmart. I couldn’t find them, so pulled in here and asked for help. After lots of poking and pulling they wear able to pull both kittens out. Kittens are safe and back with mom cat. So far we have not herd anymore meows. Staff was very friendly Thank You for your help.

Excellent service at Cobb Tire and Automotive. Four new tires, with a rebate in the mix. Oil change and systems check. Took one day, and they gave me a loaner, so I’d not miss work. Good experience. I trust them.

Love our friends at Cobb. Always go there for regular maintenance on family vehicles. I especially appreciate their helpfulness when car emergencies arise. They are great explaining the issue and resolving as quickly as possible.

This was my first time experiencing the service here. I was treated better than any other place I’ve ever been! I only needed an alignment and tire rotation so not much to report yet on the actual maintenance quality. That seemed all fine. I had other possible issues that I questioned and answers and solutions were provided with easy to understand explanations as well. I will definitely be returning. It was so nice to know, there is a loaner car readily available should my needs require that in the future. And a variety of beverages too!

Got tires for my truck; quality, great price and service. Tyler and staff are super helpful and polite. So when my car had issues and had to be towed I called Cobb Tires. Tyler helped me arrange the tow and quickly called with a diagnosis and quote. Got my car back the next day. Thanks Again!

Thank you so much for a smooth, experience! I went in with a loud grinding noise and Rich Cobb and his team were able to diagnose and repair the problem very fairly and quickly. I had a wonderful Service Advisor – Mike Dowling. He was so helpful and really treated me with wonderful customer service! I even got a loaner car! Highly highly recommend!!

I took my car to Cobb Tire and Auto Repair due to the Google ratings and to how convenient their location was. Mike Dowling greeted me immediately when I entered the store. He was very polite and efficient. He clearly explained my options and the cost. My car was serviced quickly and for a fair price. I will certainly consider Cobb again for my car maintenance.

Great experience. I took my truck in to Cobb Tire to get an oil change, and fix potential issues with my transmission. Not only did they do a thorough diagnostic and auto repair work, but they also made it super simple to book an appointment. I will be back for new tires in a few weeks for my wife’s car.

A family member was visiting us and they needed some work done on their car so we recommended Cobb Tire because we know they are reliable and good. We have been going to them for years & are always satisfied with their work because their mechanics & service advisors are excellent. They keep in touch with you if you have to leave your vehicle for any length of time and they keep good records and give you copies of everything. I highly recommend them for any service you need for your autos.
